Concept & Wireframes
The key challenge was translating a complex user journey into a single, streamlined platform—one that centralizes tasks and information without overwhelming the user.
We designed a tab-based structure that guides users through distinct stages, supporting an urgent but infrequent process. The platform provides clear direction while still allowing users the flexibility to move between steps as needed.

"When is this online?"

TBS equips stakeholders to respond to disease outbreaks with clarity and confidence, enabling them to fully leverage their resources and infrastructure. By consolidating planning and communication into a single platform, it reduces the need for up to five separate tools—streamlining workflows, improving coordination, and strengthening overall preparedness.
